Carter is an excellent young player, but Hawks issues aren’t because of defensive line. Spoon impacts this team and fits well.
Nope and I do think Philly was the perfect spot as he had multiple people he knew and oooked up to to keep him in line.Is it a guarantee that Carter would have had the same success in Seattle?
Carter and Verse...Nope and I do think Philly was the perfect spot as he had multiple people he knew and oooked up to to keep him in line.
Carter, Murphy and Williams would be ridiculous though lol.
Deion would like to have a word with you.A generational DT is much more valuable than a generational CB
Carter's talent and athleticism couldn't be denied. But let's not pretend that there weren't red flags hoisted around this guy. Even his college coach raised one. He was a gamble.
Good on him that he righted his ship. And Spoon's talent is nothing to sneeze at. He's a lot more than a mere consolation prize.
Deion didn’t win anything without generational DL in front of him.Deion would like to have a word with you.
Yeah, but Carter isn't nearly the threat Deion was on special teams.Deion didn’t win anything without generational DL in front of him.
With as many red flags there was against Carter, I am pretty sure they were both in agreementWas it Pete or John, that's all I wanna know? If it was Pete like many suspect, did John at least pound the table for this guy? "Oh, a bad apple burned us before so we can't take one ever again even if he's a generational talent at a tough to fill position." Friggin morons. SMH. Franchise altering move right there.
