Outside of some nice stiff arms when he's in the open field (which is rare), I'm not really sure he's offering anything. Thoughts, comments, suggestions?
If Charbs was playing for Seattle back when they had Schottenheimer/Solari, he would've definitely had more value. When drafting a RB high it is always a luxury pick but at the same time it depends on the scheme. So the value varies depending on what scheme you are running as an offensive coordinator. So right now based on the current offensive scheme Charbs is devalued but that could change based on what Grubb wants to do.
Some of you guys are giving him so much $hit. Be patient with the guy.
I'm still a believer in Bradford, who I think has shown good improvement throughout the season. I think we could have drafted both Torrence and Bradford. He's a 2nd round RB who is giving us 4th-5th round production value? Can't even pick up a yard on 4th down because he lacks that initial burst.
Well maybe if the line can open up a hole, you say? Well then draft Torrence in the 2nd and not Bradford in the 4th round. That would have done more for the running game than a 4th-5th round value RB would.
