I hope this is our one WTF game of the year like the Steelers at home was last year.
Honestly, I only saw 1 problem today that stood out compared to the 1st 4 games...Tackling! That was a strength in the previous games. If Mikey can get that figured out, we are back on track.
Defensive guru, incredible defensive mind. They come out and play lights out game 1 then progressively get worse on defense through 5 games to the point of being utterly embarrassing yesterday with inexcusable execution. If there were growing pains as they gradually improve, sure understandable. But they looked completely outcoached, outclassed, and outplayed yesterday and everyone saying how great MM has been changing the culture and everything til now has been fleeced. A game like yesterday loses locker rooms and faith in coaches, especially new head coaches trying to establish themselves. I'm just saying I now no longer buy any hype he's been given at all.You all are incredibly naive, this team is gonna need way more than 5 games to gel, R-E-L-A-X.
while they peed down their leg yesterday, giving up on a HC 5 games in is laughable. Even for dot everything sucks. You all are incredibly naive, this team is gonna need way more than 5 games to gel, R-E-L-A-X.
Safe to say we are all pissed. That's how it works. But people giving up on the team after 5 games is laughable. All I see in here is passionate fanbase that are pissed off we lost to a bad Giants team at our own house. Myself included..just what the hell is happening with this thing
Losing a game isn't terrible. No team goes undefeated.
Losing a game to the Giants kinda is terrible.
Losing a game to the Giants after literally letting the Lions violate your defense on national TV the week before?
Even more terrible.
Letting the Giants run through your defense while noname WRs dominated your supposedly top-tier secondary? At home?!?
Pungent. Terrible. Awful. Maybe even atrocious.
It can get worse....but honestly not by much. We are now a worse team than the Giants. (Let that sink in)

Is that so naive?
You couldn't pay me to watch one second of that replay. Seeing in person was enough. My stomach still hurtsI need to rewatch that game....however painful it may be....but frustrating nonetheless...Metcalf fumble, Lockett's catches and then lay down in the fetal position plays, defense MIA, losing key players to injuries again, blocked field goals...not our best day...but I think we'll recover and MM will bring this team to greatness....or this fanbase explodes like the Deathstar in Star Wars...whatever....it's just one game....
The part that plays over and over in my mind is teams being able to push our defense front back and run right up the middle for 6-10 yards.Honestly, I only saw 1 problem today that stood out compared to the 1st 4 games...Tackling! That was a strength in the previous games. If Mikey can get that figured out, we are back on track.
I love to torture myself I guess...You couldn't pay me to watch one second of that replay. Seeing in person was enough. My stomach still hurts![]()
That's me, too. This morning, I wanted to go back and watch some of the key plays in the game and I couldn't do it. It felt like I was 4 years old and being forced to eat my vegetables. God, how I hated cooked carrots and peas. You couldn't pay me to watch one second of that replay. Seeing in person was enough. My stomach still hurts![]()
I stand corrected...ur the first 3 gamesUh, in what sense was tackling a "strength" in the game against the Lions?
Even players like Witherspoon who had previously shown an ability to tackle looked pathetic failing multiple times to bring down ball carriers.
The Seahawks hold the record for allowing records to be broken? Sounds accurate. We seem to lose a lot of games in spectacular, record breaking manners.
We lost to Dan Jones and it wasn't even close. Think about that. If we don't get a 102 yard td return we lose by 16. That is unacceptable at home to a shit team.Wow, if this thread isn’t a classic example of fans letting their emotions cloud their otherwise rational intellect fresh after a shocking loss I don’t know what is.
Appreciate the good laugh all the same.
