I disagree on Minny. The Giants are trash.
Fair.

However Minnesota had the #10 offense and #17 defense last year and, despite losing cousins and jefferson, were 7-10 in the toughest division in the NFC. I think Darnold is much better than he gets credit for and certainly is much better than Nick Mullens

Week 1 takes are hard. Often times, a team that gets blown out in Week 1 may end up in the playoffs while conversely, a team that knocks the socks off an opponent in Week 1 could miss the playoffs.

That said, Giants suck, Bryce is a bust and Sean Payton's blood pressure will be exponentially increasing this season.

Parkinson is going to lead all TE’s in receiving yards this year. Wish we kept him.
I wish we still had him too. But I don't think there was much of a chance the Hawks could keep him unless they offered him a decent amount more than the Rams did. I think moving and playing closer to home seemed like a big deal to him.

The fact that the Falcons had to go to a silent count at home is embarrassing.

The Falcons are the team that lost a 2016 draft pick for playing recorded crowd noise over loudspeakers during games to make up for their fans' inability to produce it. It's interesting that Steelers fans are capable of making enough noise to disrupt an offense there.

Richardson and Daniels have unbelievable upside. The throw Richardson made I watched 15 times and I'm still shocked he made it.

People hating on the Falcons for drafting Penix might change their tune soon if Cousins doesn't get better

Parkinson is a really good TE

I too had to watch the Richardson several times. I mean, how many people can do that 😳

Caleb Williams is maybe not the answer.

Brian Daboll will be fired by the end of this year.

Three UW receivers drafted this year: Rome Odunze, 1 catch 11 yards, Ja'Lynn Polk, 1 catch 6 yards, Jalen McMillan 1 catch 32 yards. Maybe it wasn't the recievers that made Penix and Grubb look so good.

Penix is a great contingency plan; however, the Falcons still ruined their rookie QB contract window by signing Cousins. So either way, their GM looks like a bit of numpty.

Daniels is a bust, his trajectory is RG3.

The Pats performance is rather worrying, before yesterday I had them down as the 31st ranked team in the league (ahead of the Panthers) only seen the highlights but they looked pretty good against the Bengals, I'm thinking they might be a lot better than eveyone expected and we might have a hard time getting a W next week.

That defense is not to be taken lightly.
