WOW! 12s Brought It!

My fiancé and I watched the Chargers Cowboys game. Some good performances on the field but the crowd sounded like a freaking church.

Fast forward to the Seahawks game. Holy hell. I have never in my life heard a preseason game sound like that. It sounded like a damn playoff game!!

Not a big fan of “SEA-HAWKS!!!” Chants when we were on offense but it sounded as raucous as a major rival college game.

I joked with my girl that I think they offered free drink tickets to all the fans. Man, that was fun.

The starters were superb. Exactly what I hoped for. Offense is loaded with weapons, Geno was money. DK and JSN were filthy.

Clean pocket. And defense?! I haven’t seen this swarming, relentless defense since LOB.

11-6? I might change my prediction to 13-4.

Damn they look good and proud of my 12s tonight!!!!

I'm a bit more chill about the game. Heluva lot to be happy/proud about, but there were some glitches you'd expect from pre-season.

I thought is was really cool to see the crowd so amped up for a preseason game. Especially one where the starters only played one series and the remainder was but a struggle for roster spots.

Most of us had confidence that Mac would have the defense on track quickly, we had concerns about LB's and D line. But no lack of confidence in the defense improving from I think 28th to a middle of the pack defense minimally.

Our D will be top 5 overall this year. Ravens were in the same position as us the year before Macdonald took over. The first year as Coach Mike as the D-coord the ravens were number 3 overall defense. There is no reason why we can't do the same.

As much as I would love that I don't think the LB Corp is solidified enough to make that happen. Top 10-15 is my expectation

My thoughts exactly. I'm hoping that this is his bottom of the 9th, last chance, moment. Kind of reminds me of Golden Tate. Tate was on the verge of being cut in I think his second year but it all finally clicked in the last preseason game and the rest is history.

The addition of linebacker Michael Barrett is gonna be huge. This kid can play. I watched him at Michigan and this kid can play ball. He's an excellent tackler and hits like a train. He's a hell of a blitzer which is a key factor in Macdonald defensive scheme. He may be undersized for a backer, but this kid can play ball.
