Now that we've got our first glimpse of Macdonald coaching the team, do you guys have any thoughts/opinions you want to share?

Yea, I like the energy I’m seeing.

And he’s fully expecting the guys to be cerebral about the game (imo) based solely on how he’s talking to them.

Anyone that wants to make this squad better be learning the plays and what situations they will be called in.

I could see him keeping a slightly lessor athlete that knows his job over the beastly specimen that isn’t up to speed.

I haven’t been really surprised by how his personality it blossomed. I’m stoked to season what this team can do this, and the next few seasons. Love the direction.

Efficiency and precision. Surgical. I like it.

I understood enough of the drunken ramble.
Do you, as a fan, need to be enamored with a coaches personality or is him doing his actual duties is what you're after?
He's known as not being an extrovert. We knew this.
Idgaf about him not being coach rainbows because introverts are some dangerous, internal processing, and carefully calculated individuals.
We needed a smarter and more disciplined team. I have zero doubt we'll see that reflect on the field.

Still gotta get used to seeing him in charge. I saw that video the other day and all I could think was, who’s that kid they are letting run the drills? Having a head coach so young is not something I’m used to as a Seahawk fan. I’m sure it’ll become second nature soon enough

He seems comfortable doing actual coaching vs interviews which is obviously good
