I have tremendous doubts about the logic, film study, or any other method used to arrive at that conclusion.

You guys get weird with the ordained whipping boys, man.

Barton was unspectacular and soft, but certainly not the worst Seahawk of all time. He wasn't even the worst Seahawk on the roster. Hell, he wasn't the worst Seahawk LINEBACKER! That was probably Muse.
I wouldn’t say worst Seahawk player in history but I would say worst Seahawk linebacker in franchise history.

As stated, they get really REALLY weird with the scapegoat player. Remember Ifedi? Dear god.
The amount of blame Barton took this past season so vastly dwarfed his actual failings that at times I assumed some on this board must have been referring to some other mythical Barton that only existed as an avatar of their frustrations with the new defensive scheme.

That said, will be looking forward to an upgrade in the LB corps.

Barton can carry a seam. He covers a lot of ground. I can't get anywhere close to saying he's the worst we've ever had lol.

Also kinda telling that he immediately got signed somewhere else, by a team with a defensive coach. A linebacker coach, in fact.

Muse?...MUSE?? MUSE WHO???
Some folks can say what they want, but FACTS just don't back up their bluster.
Cody was far from the best LB but he sure as hell was NOT the worst, not by a LONG SHOT.
Wishing the guy well, MAYBE the Coaching with the Commanders will be a lot better fit.

Alright, that's a little much lol
Yeah, I'm all aboard the Barton Hate Train, but "shitbag" should be reserved for the Jerramy Stevens's of the world.

I'll just say that Barton was really bad at the job he was paid millions to do. We should all be so lucky.

It's almost like people here think he wasn't very good or something. Hmm. 200

Weak, isn't it?

The things people will say with the security of internet anonymity that they would never say to a 6'2 240lb NFL player in person. Raised wrong.
LOLOL Yep, it's called "Cowardly"
