Holding the injuries against the guy is a lil silly considering his injury history prior to Seattle, and there's nothing he can do about his leg buckling there.

Bad trade, but still a good player and his teammates love him. Sad to lose him.

Curt Warner missed almost two years and was never really the same after just trying to make a cut on the turf.

They may have had a cleats issue. Geno also had a slip on the turf that thankfully didn't lead to injury, just a missed first down.

It didn't take hindsight to see what a terrible move trading for him was at that cost. Doubling down and paying him a massive contract just compounded how stupid it was.

This might be unpopular, but we honestly might be better with a combo of Josh Jones and Ryan Neal playing the box and bandit safety. They won't force anything with those guys.
