Interesting that we have 3 OL coaches: Huff, Nugent, Odom.

Can't be overstated how important having a backup for huff.

Either he's going to be OC for us if grubb gets a HC job, or OC for another team that poaches him.... I'm expecting next offseason tbh.

Grubb is probably one of the higher paid coordinators in the league, he previously turned down 2 mil to be OC under Saban, but huff would get a huge pay bump.

I'm not looking for any at this time. I don't see a need. Especially with union rules that restrict player time at team facilities during the off season. As we have previously witnessed, players began building their own personally tailored off site programs. That trend accelerated during the mandated Covid 19 lock downs. The following is a screen shot of a listing of current resident training and nutrition staff.
