Probably just diet.. I lost 60 lbs, just by changing my diet.. cut out all Grain, proceessed foods, and sugars.. just ate meat, Salmon, bacon, eggs and that sort. I hardly did any excercise.That's really inspiring. I wonder how much of that weight fell off by halting the offensive lineman lifestyle (diet/exercise) and how much he had to work at it.
