It all depends how the yards come.

You can get 5 YPC by going 0,0,0,30,0,0 over 6 carries, and it sucks for your offense - you probably killed 2-3 drives. Or you can average 3.5 by going 3,4,3,4,3,4 and you march down the field like a clock-chewing juggernaut.

Consistency is fantastic in a running back. Getting first downs within 3 plays is the goal.

Penny thus far has been feast-or-famine, while Carson has been the juggernaut.
