My first thought is a win to start the year but I'll be guarded this year. That's what I thought last year too and was pretty miserable by the end of that game.

The Seahawks played the Rams in week 1 at Lumen Field last season. It didn't work out well for the Seahawks. Don't need another repeat of that this season.
