With regards to changing expectations for the offense, the expected departure of Colby Parkinson is a noteworthy tell. The uniqueness and energy he brought to the field is not readily replaceable.

Not really worried about Parkinson leaving, tbh. If Grubb can adjust to the NFL, any TE with a pulse can get numbers in this league.
Edit: I can understand why the Rams would overspend for him. If they think this might put them up over the Niners.

That's absurd. It typically takes 2, 3 or more years to develop a complete NFL Tight End.

.................... so they keep the best receiving tight end with the best foot speed. That's telling.
