On the non-PI, he says “we did review it” and there was “nothing which rises to the level of a foul based on visual evidence.”

Should it have been reviewed and then not overturned? Would that make you feel better..? The ref idiot after the game said they somehow reviewed it in 30 seconds... by no means do I agree with the refs on much but to intervene in the game over that call would have been upsetting for whichever team so I like a no-call.
If you would have told me Wilson has 8 tries inside the 12 yard like so score in the 4th quarter with the game On The line I would bet all my money in the hawks scoring... that’s the crazy part he is CLUTCH and that miner defense was gassed

Yes. Pause for review and not overturn it and I would have known that proper protocol was followed. May disagree with outcome but proper protocol was done.

I could live with that. The bar is high for overturning PI / non-PI calls. Has to be blatant. This qualified for a full review

That’s a fair response.
Thank you.

It was a blown or missed call and certainly could have changed the outcome... I'm sure it will be reviewed and talked about later, but doesn't change the game now... They'll do what they always do and shrug their shoulders and say "That should have been called or reviewed",,,, Oh well too late now...

I think it’s funny to post a still frame of after the initial contact that defender has a right to that space... cmon a still frame of an entire play is dumb click-bait...

so true they bump into each other which means the defender can grab him when ball is in the air.

The problem is that this is a CYA answer. We have no way to show that they are lying.

Anyone that saw the game knows that there was enough to stop the game there and review properly. NFL screwed up and this answer is to protect them

REALLY don't want to debate, but the offensive player is the one who initiates the contact and is attempting to push off. Is defender just supposed to LET him do that?

IMO its a good no call, but I'm pretty sure that's a real unpopular opinion on this site right now.

contact is allowed, an 'attempt' to push isn't a push and he is grabbed and held. Obvious PI

Really don't. As such, I'm done with the convo.

I stated my opinion, but I honestly can't say that I wouldn't be bent out of shape about it had the situations been reversed.

Peace.

Warner's "hands off" acting at the end of the play, tells you everything you need to know.

That absolutely was PI.
Should have been Called, reviewed at minimum.
But I won’t blame the loss on it.

I blame the delay of game, and that was on us, not the Refs.

Should have been reviewed, what is the point of not allowing teams to challenge under 2minutes. That is clearly broken and just gives more reasons how the NFL can steer games in peoples mind.

With that said, its not the reason for the loss. Nor was the delay of game. We were inches short at the last play & that's what happened. 49ers made a great stopped, just like Butler made a great play.

This is going to be a great playoffs. If we handle business against the Eagles, then we can get the rubber match. Im hoping its the championship game instead, i think Vikings will shock the Saints.
