I'm listening on the Seattle Sports app, and it comes out crystal clear.
This is one sharp guy, who is clearly laser focused. I like that he said he will be calling the plays on defense.

Absolutely. He has mentioned a few times that he's not trying to be something he's not. And how people would see right thru it.
This guy has a plan, and it's really clear. Consistency. Telling the truth, a STANDARD in how you're going to play. Accountability. He also talked about the team being physical.

I did the same. Had to resort to a blue tooth speaker and it didn’t make much difference.

He said quarterback. And then players in general. Geno is QB now so yeah. But I took it as more of a general philosophy

It’d be difficult to not be impressed by him so far. I like that they went straight to work on coaches before doing the tour of the building.

Yep, very impressed. And not just because he's the one I wanted them to hire. Nothing fake about this guy. I LOVE him talking about accountability and a standard for how you are going to play. Period.

Interesting, I took it sort of the opposite way. Said we need to build around the QB and was very non committal about who that will be. Bringing up both geno and lock

All that being said, did anybody notice at the very end MM pushed both chairs back under the table as he was leaving? I like that shit....it's a little window into his character.
