While team building has always been a philosophy of Pete I feel he is doubling down on the idea more recently. The athletic difference between many players is small but the intangibles such as chip on shoulder, love of the game, and playing for your teammates is what separates many teams. Whenever I watch a video on the LOB you keep hearing how they would play for each other and would never let the other players down. This is the glue needed for a championship team. The Hawks are on the way.
