Funniest thing was that as bad as the officiating was against us ALL GAME, I think they probably got the spot wrong on the 49ers 3rd down...

The ball was down by his crotch, so even though he was lunging backward and his head crossed the first down line, the ball did not.

How about Lockett tackled on the TD to Hollister.

Hollister was mugged as well.

Officiating in the NFL is abysmal and has been for years. And yes, I believe it was one-sided to the 9ers tonight.

As for the announcers, Tesatore was way more more of a cheerleader for SF than Booger. I thought Booger was at least reasonably fair.

RW stopped for a loss, doesn't whistle play dead and fumbled. Leads to TD

RW in OT moving forward the whole time. Called a sack

Unreal

Then add flag against flowers, holding on int first drive. No flag on Hollister TD as TWO receivers are getting mugged

Awful

Another one that really ticked me off was that personal foul on Neiko Thorpe. How the hell was the returner "defenseless" when he didn't call for a fair catch?

He wasn't, that doesn't apply to punters.

This game pretty much showed it is not incompetence, but rather corruption. Dirty refs steering the game or betting purposes

I haven't watched the play again, so apologies if I'm stupid.

But, on the 49ers 2 point conversion play....did they get away with a delay of game?

Yes.

So did Seattle on a 3rd / 4Th down we didn't convert

There are always multiple plays per game where ball is snapped at 00

Yes, but the refs often let that go when its close.

Can we get some calls at home?

Love the not in the grasp, but a fumble.

In the grasp, gets way for gain of 4

incompetence.

Weird how it went both ways against us. I mean, RW turned THAT into a four or five yard gain and the refs took it away on their own say so.

It was flat out steering. A 9 and 0 niner team after beating us would of been the talk of the league. I also think there is some push to get Jimmy G to that Brady like level. Also let's not forget they are a legacy team and the California market has been mostly abysmal. We will hear nothing about how bad the officiating was just about how if Ssnders stayed in the game the niners would of won easily.

That was the most satisfying victory in a long time.

The officials were so biased against Seattle.
The "personal foul" on Thorpe on the punt where it was a clean tackle.
Wilson was clearly in the grasp when he fumbled
Wilson was clearly not in the grasp when he broke out of Armsteads sack in OT
Wilson was facemasked twice, no call
The roughing the passer/ helmet to helmet from Jackson to Garropolo was awful
The 49ers should've had delay of game on the 2 point conversion.

And the announcers. Those clowns clearly had money on San Francisco. They were so jacked when the 49ers made a play. Yet when Seattle makes a play, they got all quiet and monotone. What a frustrating game to watch, with an unbelievably satisfying conclusion.

To me that was the worst one of all. Jimmy literally ducked into it. Jackson went as low as possible.

He led with the helmet not shoulder

Unfortunately correct

Then it should have been correct at least twice on RW. Including the fingers into the face mask and the quick "I didn't do anything" hands up in the air.

My annoyance started early when they called that ticky-tac nonsense "holding" on the pick and also bailing the Niners out twice on 3rd down easy. THe Niners held Clowney like it was a competition without being called and he STILL got pressure. How many 3rd downs are the Hawks going to get called for defensive penalties that extend drives 2 and 3 times, leaving them out there at length. I really don't mind as long as the calls go both ways.

on the Metcalf fumble. If the 9er has both hands on the ball while out of bounds, is it out of bounds there?

Not sure of the rule. Bball it sure would be.

Only if the ball had been fumbled at that point.

You cannot lower you shoulder without lowering your head... it's not possible. He led with his shoulder and the QB lowered his head for protection and got hit in the head. Its accidental on both cases. It happens in a fraction of a second.
