I was really, really unhappy in the stands, and I was still deflated at halftime. Still screamed as brutally as I could, though.

I took off my Seahawks cap that my family asked me to wear and stopped watching the game with my wife, who is janky and watched the rest of the game in my man-cave. The turn-around was on its way.

Phew, almost cost the team a trip to the Superbowl.
Ha ha. Did the exact same thing. Women are such bad luck sometimes.

Pissed. Went to the folks house to watch the game, tried switching seats a few times didn't work. Left at half time and went to watch the game at one of the local casino/card rooms to change the Karma. Dad calls me up after the game and says "GOOD MOVE, it worked" and laughs.

After the Niners scored that TD to make it 10-0, I went off to my BR and changed the t-shirt I wear under my Wolf Gray '12' Jersey for the game. I have several blue and several white and always wear the blue for home and white for away games. When we were down I put on a different blue one and then we got that big throw from Wilson to Baldwin. At that point I was posting in the GameDay forum about how it felt like the momentum was swinging our way. Although I had many moments where I was very unhappy, I never thought the game was "over"....well not until Sherman batted away that final Kaep pass :D

I moved from the sofa to the armchair I watched the saints game in. My knee was shaking like when you get jerked off stood up.

I honestly wasn't too worried. Before the game I was thinking as long as we take care of our fundamentals, dont turn the ball over and avoid the penalty-fest we will handle them just fine. But the first play of the game shook my confidence ever so slightly. That and the back to back fumbles late in the game. If you look very closely you can see Kaeps body mechanics are a dead give away when he is going to run the ball. I was yelling at my buddy before he took off on that 58 yarder that he is going to run, and run he did. Just his stance or something is a dead give away as to what he is going to do. But after that I was fine.

I was all in nervous and couldn't stare at anything except the game until that Beast TD finally came up and got me hyped again.

I kept getting texts from people who know how big a fan I am. I think many of them, peripheral football fans at best we're living vicariously through me. My text responses to them all were always the same. "have faith. We got this!" this team has faith that they are never out of it. Seen it way too many times over the last two years. This game was a microcosm of who this team is. A little Russell Wilson comeback magic along with a reliance on the defense to finish the job.

In all honesty... I was calm as a hindu cow most of the game. It was wierd.

Really, they weren't doing shit all against us. The first 3 points was off a fluky Russell Wilson fumble. Even with being gifted that awesome field position, they could only muster a FG. Our defense obviously came to play. Offensively, they didn't really do shit all against us in the first half, except for some dumb fluky long Kap runs that would be easily negated going forward with a little defensive adjustment. And even for all of Kap's rushing yards, they resulted in a whopping 7 points. Big whoop. This game proved that Kap is really nothing more than a slightly better version of Tim Tebow. Dude isn't a real quarterback. Boldin and Crabs had much better games than I thought they would have had, but our defense still pretty much had their way with their offense. Their actual running game was completely shut down.

I knew the offense came to play once that huge bomber to Doug connected, and I knew it was going to be our day once Marshawn started breaking off yards in big chunks. All game I just had to keep reminding myself that the game can't be won in the 2nd, or the 3rd and I was fine. Once Kearse caught that TD on the free play, I didn't even really celebrate that much. Just kind of did a subtle fist pump and made a kind of "yeah, I know" head nod. Only time I got kinda nervous was on that final drive where SF was threatening. It just felt like one of those god awful "prevent D is going to prefent us from winning" scenarios. But we locked it down once the field got short and the LoB came through.

Really, I just thoroughly enjoyed the ride. What an epic game. My wife on the other hand almost had a stroke and had to leave the room several times...
