Ok you may not be wrong and it’s a valid take but I’ll offer two counterpointsI'd rather a top end defensive player. QBs are great, but the Texans have the best QB in the draft and are still only 9-7 in a shitty division.
Run the offense back.
1. I’m not convinced they are capable of turning good players into a good defense.d they’ve added a ton and yet the defense is the worst it’s been. Maybe it’s a broken scheme, staff or both I don’t know
2. I’d argue Stroud took them from worst team in the league into a 9-7 team in one year. That’s a massive turnaround.
But while I still lean towards grabbing a QB I’m warming up to the idea of running the offense back and trying to strengthen the offensive line. When they’re healthy Geno is good and the running game should get better so it’s not a bad idea
