Man. I couldn't even hear it, but just SEEING it got me fired up!

As soon as I saw that speech, I said out loud (to no one in the room of course so there are no witnesses) "We're going to win!"

It's classic Pete. He looked like he was having a blast.

"Isn't this awesome? Can you feel it? What a frickin' beautiful opportunity we've got right here to make something happen! Ain't nobody gonna stop us but ourselves!" etc. etc. Oh, and "Hawks on three: 1, 2, 3 Hawks!"

i kept saying to the guys i watched the game with, just remember last season, all those comebacks, this team can win. well of course the doubt was trying to set in but man those hawks just never give up, never stop competing. watching that speech, i didn't know whether they'd pull it out or not, but i knew they were going to play some inspired ball the rest of the way.. lovin this team right now...

Pete likes his job. I hope he likes it enough to keep doing it for us.
