No offense, if he tore it I doubt he would be able to walk. Grant Wistrom had planter fasciaitis, its damage or inflamation of the tendons connecting the toes with the heel and its really painful. And if you get it warmed up and use it then sit down and it cools off you're barely able to walk. Every motion of your foot is agony.

I had if for years and they do all storts of stuff for it, wrapping helps some, shots help others, special very expensive shoe inserts help others. None of those worked for me. After more than 2 years I found an inflamatory that cleared it up in a matter of hours tho I had to take them for about 2 years to completely clear it up.

Same doctor that operated on my foot 2 months ago. He is still amazed what I took cleared it up.

Glad Zach was able to perform on the biggest stage. Many fans inside and outside the organization were questioning how he was performing and whether his signing was a mistake. As Wilson matured as a QB, the more Miller's game improved. Wilson has some minor work to do, but Miller in my view could be just as deadly as many of the prime TEs in the league. The man does it all well and I for one appreciate an all-around TE.

The man blocks like a tackle and sells out his body to make great catches. Hope he is with the team for a long time. Core player if you ask me. Love the guy's skillset. Great season Zach! Get well.

Well said as always my friend. This about covers it. He's worth the cap number next year which IIRC is fairly high.

So what did you use that helped heal it? I deal with this off and on too.

How about another te to compliment him like we've supposedly were trying to do with Winslow?

I think we forget Zach is a pro bowl TE , now we have a pro bowl QB to fed him for years to come. Hope this heals well for Zach!
