Teams are not allowed to speak to FAs on expiring contracts, (or their agents), before 09:00 ET on March 9. Contracts can't be signed until 16:00 ET on March 11. I hope the story is unfounded. Woolen isn't someone I would want my team to break regulations for.

He’s someone I would want y’all to break regulations for. Probably would cost a draft pick in ‘27.

But yes. This is BS. I can’t see the Rams risking messing with the tampering period for a player like Riq.

Their secondary was their weak spot last year, so if they are going all in. I can see them putting themselves into cap prison by signing two expensive players there.

They just paid McDuffie like $31 mill a year. Will they really pay Wooolen also?

This has got to be wrong. (I mean the rumor about the Rams signing Woolen.) The Rams just signed Jaylen Watson, the Chiefs' other cornerback. I think the Chiefs are heading in the wrong direction, losing both of their CBs and spending a ton on a RB:

The Rams are dumb, but not that dumb.
