With everyone healthy, who starts at Safety?

Diggs played 55 snaps last Sunday against the Vikings so I'd say that he's healthy now. He had a hamstring injury earlier in the season where he missed one game and part of another.

Good news. Hope he starts Sunday though they may want a week to get him up to speed on the scheme.

With Diggs' contract number, it only makes sense that they will try to start him at FS.

Mcdougy and Blair short term (until Diggs gets accustomed to defense).
Long term -Diggs FS, Blair SS. A pair with some promise. Perhaps they try McDougald out at Nickel

I was pretty sure that it said Diggs could play nickel as well, so I think that it wouldn't be surprising for them to start practicing more nickel packages to see how it looks and so I would very positively be hoping that we could maybe see Blair and McDougal at the safety spots and Diggs in a Nickel role and see some more looks from the defense rather than being in the 4-3 look so much.

I could see them running the big nickel package more to get Diggs, Mcdougal and Blair all on the field at the same time.

I don't think McDougald is healthy.

In a perfect health situation I think Pete likes McDougald and Blair at safety and Diggs at nickel so we can finally get out of this stupid base and get Kendricks off the field.

But that might not happen for a while, I don't think McDougald is doing well health wise.

No doubt about it. Unfortunately, it seems very likely Mcdougald is hurting and could even need a game or two off.
