It doesn't matter who the O-Lineman are Wilson's play style will always put him under pressure because the way he constantly leaves the pocket to survey the field. O-Lineman are trained to protect a QB in a given pocket. Not a 20 yard square box.

This, plus Pete's love of play action will always put a target on Wilson's back. It's a reminder that some offensive coordinators and head coaches are called "QB-killers" for a reason. Wilson is fortunate that he's both quick and built Ford tough.

Jville put it perfectly. Shoot, Russ gets blamed when nobody blocks for him, so clearly horrific pass protection is his fault as well.

Pass blocking? Hell that entire winter deep freeze was his fault too. But now that warm weather is here, we thank god for that instead.

Now people know what we mean when we say "too short". It truly is just another way to blame Wilson for crap that is ridiculously petty because he will never "live up" because he is simply "always too short" in their mind.

Truth. You need to look, play or act a certain way to be a great QB. I mean, who needs results and wins. He doesn't look or play the way people want him to. :stirthepot:

J.R. Sweezy, thank you for your service, and good luck in Arizona, except for two games a season.
Our F.O. moved on, they are happy with our other options, and believe the value to be better, and the overall fit to be better. Thanks for the SB years you were an important part of.

Jordan Simmons, rehab strong and healthy, you were better than Sweezy at the time you were injured.
D. J. Fluker, welcome back, Mike Iupati, welcome aboard, now let's go bulldoze some people in the power running game!!

This season should be TONS of FUN for all us POWER RUN GAME lovers!!
OK, just a bit under a ton, 350+350+320+320+300+300, but you get the idea. I made those numbers up, but they're probably sorta close, and was thinking of the Fant at TE lineup. 6-across, would be pushing a ton.

well the stuff said that you replied this to is FACTUALLY incorrect, but the stuff you said after like Petes love of play action and after is legit.
