Will Lynch Win the Rushing Title?

we'll be keeping him fresh for the playoff run and I think he'll get that. You know he wants the superbowl more than a rushing title. A rushing title will do nothing much to add to the legacy of Beast Mode - it's already established and it doesn't care about lame titles like that.

As for rushing title, Shady is in the perfect offense to get it. Beast might be phased out more towards the end of the year to preserve him if we wrap up HFA.

Winning a rushing title would be amazing for him..but our team is well rounded in the pass as well as the rush..plus by the end of the regular season we'll most likely rest him for the battle ahead...wishing for the best but realistically he'll get 2nd.

It's his barring season ending injury and then some one stepping up in a huge way that's already has a lot of consideration for MVP, and even then, Manning would still probably win.

Our record is too good for ML to get the rushing title. After we beat down N.O. at the Clink, he will be seeing less and less action. Yes, we will "stab him in the back" (LMAO)....but I doubt it will upset him. I think McCoy is a lock under Kelly now that Foles is playing like Peyton Manning.

But is there a back more fun to watch than ML? My 9er friends don't think so. This morning at breakfast, they were talking about ML like he was a frikin' 49er. ML is loved by all that love football.

As above, currently second behind Shady McCoy by 60 yards (neither has had a bye yet), but with a cupcake schedule to go (aside from the Niners who are pretty good at stopping the rush generally... but not Marshawn).

I think it will be very difficult. Lynch is about 60 yards behind McCoy but our schedule is tougher against the run in the rest of the year. The eagles are playing the cardinals and the bears which should be tough against the run but we are playing the niners, saints, giants and cardinals. If he gets the #1 spot tho.
