A bunch of worry for nothing.
Yep. Tell me you don't watch other teams without telling me you don't watch other teams.A lot of it is the dynamic of taking teams too lightly. This happens to a lot of teams in the NFL, not just the Seahawks.
Matt Moore looking like Johnny Friggin' Unitas.I’m seriously worried. I’ve been a fan too long and this is the kind of dude who has a career day against the Seahawks only to lose the next 6 in a row all to the Jets.
Lumen does this to people.
Colt McCoy going 3-0 against the Seahawks while never doing a darn thing anywhere else.
Drew Stanton of the Cardinal’s winning at Lumen in 2017 only to take a job at Office Max shortly thereafter.
Marcus Mariota in a Falcons W playing in Lumen and being so possessed I think he caught his own pass IIRC.
2019 saw HOF’er Drew Brees sit out at Lumen only to have Terry Bridgwater throw two TD’s in a Saints win.
Mason Rudolph beating the Seahawks in Seattle with a playoff spot on the line.
And don’t get me started on road losses to the likes of Nick Mullins and Taylor Heinicke.
I know I’m missing some guys as well.
Be afraid, be very afraid. So far Mac has exorcised the demons, but let’s not sleep on this kid.
The Saints aren't nearly as bad as people make them out to be. And they're going to be desperate for a win.My gut is screaming "Trap Game". Shut up, gut!
Meh, your gut is trippin. My gut is screaming "Trap Game". Shut up, gut!
Except they do have Sam Darnold continuously reminding them (I imagine he's doing this) otherwise that no QB is an actual scrub and that any QB can beat any team on any Sunday.A lot of it is the dynamic of taking teams too lightly. This happens to a lot of teams in the NFL, not just the Seahawks. But the margins between the best teams and the worst teams are not that big, and any letdown will lead to a beatdown.
No matter what coaches might say to the team, the players are thinking, we're playing a team that's 0-2 and some scrub is their quarterback.

I'd say that Rattler is slightly more than just a "scrub". At one point he was #1 rated QB coming out of college before some old off-the-field issue affected his status. He definitely isn't the second coming of Drew Brees, but he also doesn't suck. I just saw something showing Rattler as the 9th rated QB (79.7) after two games by PFF. I certainly don't put a lot of stock in PFF, but it is what it is.A lot of it is the dynamic of taking teams too lightly. This happens to a lot of teams in the NFL, not just the Seahawks. Yes, I agree. I saw his last game, and I came away impressed. But he hasn't gotten much respect, even from his own team, who drafted Tyler Shough because they had little confidence in Rattler.I'd say that Rattler is slightly more than just a "scrub". I'm of the opinion that the Saints have a couple of really talented young signal callers on the roster. I can probably name 8 teams that would rather have the Saints QB situation (long term) than their own. Let's try: Miami for sure. Likely Indiannapolis and Pittsburgh. Certainly Cleveland. Maybe Jaxsonville and Arizona (I would, rather than have those contracts for Kyler and Lawrence). Possibly Las Vegas. Probably the Jets.
