Who Ultimately has more "pull" in the front office?

The GM usually holds all the cards in NFL front offices, but over the years it seems like Pete calls lot of shots within the organization as well. At the end of the day, if John wanted to move on from a coach who has more pull?

JS holds no power over Pete. It was Pete's decision if he wanted to get a GM.

Pete is the final say in all football operations related decisions.

I believe this is one of the main reasons he signed with the Seahawks.

Without being the final say, Pete wouldn't have signed on.

Paul Allen is the only person that can terminate Pete.
