Should be a good chance to pick up some wins. With Woo, Kirby, and Gilbert up I like our chances.

Cal is my favorite Mariners player. Def. struggling overall at the plate. Struck out 5 times on Saturday. Leads the team with 130 strikeouts. We need him to heat back up.
And he absolutely is capable of it. He had that slump earlier this season (happens to all players) and he got red hot.
Not worried about guy, just saying we need him sooner than later.
He's worn out, imo. And that's flat out to be expected.

ERA doesn't give the whole story. While Legumina's era is higher, his WHIP is identical to Vargas.

Strikeouts definitely need to lower a bit. Chipper Jones who played almost 20 years never struck out more than 100 times in a season. That's just insane.
