I can't imagine wanting to see any great plays from the 49ers, let alone any scoring from them or punting from us. Ultimately only the win matters, but if the universe was taking my input then this game would go like the Cardinals home game did last season.

If we must have one let's save the "Game for the ages" nail biter for their house later in the season and blow them out at home. Kinda like last year only we win the close one in SF.

This is exactly what I wanted. Though, right now, I only want another win. I really hope that our best games are in Nov, Dec, Jan & of course Feb.

Blow them out. Isn't playoff seeding potentially effected by margin of victory in event of tie in overall, division, and head to head records? Just thinking ahead.

Eventually net points scored comes into it, but that would require us to finish with an identical record, with an identical record in the division, in the 12 common games, in the conference, AND require Green Bay & Washington's combined record to be the same as Carolina and Minnesota's plus loads of other crazy scenarios

Against any other team an instant classic. Against this team, annihilation.

Yes, this.

And for the record, our guys should have plenty of bulletin board ammo, and I'm not only talking about "she-hawks" type stuff. Lots - and I mean LOTS - of the pundit class are picking the 49ers to win. Over half of the ESPN "experts" have us losing. I could easily see Red getting a little bit of crazyface going and yelling, "These people think we cannot protect our house!!!"

I'll take any win but if your asking what I want? Well that one is easy.

Last year we demoralized them here but since then there has been nothing but excuses attempting to discredit the win. A blowout now with them healthy, coming off a home victory and while we are nowhere near full strength would serve to the teams credo, Leave no doubt. That is what I wish for. to absolutely leave no doubt. No doubt we are the better team, no doubt last years blowout wasn't a fluke or because of outside factors and no doubt the Seahawks deserve to be spoken of as true super bowl contenders.

I want to wonder over and peruse the Webzone and see the Meltdown not leaving any room for excuses. I also think another demoralizing win could potentially help to unravel that team, FO and coaching staff.

Pure and simple. Leave no doubt!!!

Would definitely be funny.

Given Harbaugh and Pete's history, I've been secretly hoping that the Hawks score 13 and the 9ers score six touchdowns and then in the ultimate d!ck move ever Harbaugh goes for two to make the score 42-13 9ers.

I'm of course expecting the game too be much closer and would honestly be surprised if the 9ers can eek out a win on Seattle's home turf (I'm thinking these teams will be typically splitting regular season matchups), but I'd be lying if I said it didn't cross my mind. Given how much you guys despise Harbaugh, I figure it would be nice for him to give you some real reason too. :D

I'm not gonna lie, if we are up 34-13 and score a late TD, I want Pete to go for 2.

I doubt that happens though. This game will be close. Harbaugh is going to challenge Seattle with a new wrinkle he's been saving just for this game. I wouldn't be shocked if San Francisco led for most of the game. I think we still win, but if we lose it wouldn't shock me and I fully expect a "heart attack" ending.

Destroy them. Take their will.

I want them beat so bad that we're stealing the souls of FortyWhiner fans that sold them.

I just want a win. I don't care if it is 2-0. The Niners are the best team the Hawks will play all year IMHO. I will be there like the rest of us doing my part to make sure it happens.

However, I would shave my full head of hair for a blowout. With pics. Anything over a 17 point win.

I also feel that if the Niners pull out a win that the Hawks will return the favor in SF.

Agreed on almost all accounts... But I am not shaving anything regardless of the outcome...

Actually, that would be the ultimate dick move AND the ultimate poor math move.

Assuming a PAT accompanied each TD, going for 2 on the last one would result in a 43-13 score.

Mentioned this before, but the regularity with which this theory has come up on these boards so far this week is really bizarre to me. Trust me, there's not a secret weapon. The idea that the 9ers were holding something back against the Packers to save for Seattle is just really bizarre.

I hope you're right because I don't think there's any way SF can beat Seattle in Seattle straight up.
