He was given a soft landing, he has skills in evaluation, he also has a positive outlook on things, John and he are very close, Jody can still use his input for decisions.

This means one of three things:

1- Caroll will be fired after a few days of discussions but unlikely
2- A coordinator or both coordinators will be fired, and they are going to announce it after a few days of discussions
3- nothing as far as personnel changes, however ownership and management tell Carol that he needs to do things very differently than what he’s been doing as far as scheme etc. and that will be maybe announced in someway.
