16! Any other teens on here?? Just so you know, Im not a bandwagon Seahawks fan who is a new fan just because the Seahawks were good last year. As you can probably tell from my name, I am from Arkansas, and NOBODY here is a Seahawks fan. This was the only team where i didnt know a single person that was a fan, so i decided to start following them back in 2007ish whatever year it was when they lost to the Packers in the playoffs and it was snowing, and im pretty sure they beat the Redskins the week before. Ive watched every game since and never looked back!

In a strange way these are some of the coolest fans. You weren't born here and had a choice. Hopefully you have a hawks jersey you can wear around town and confuse people with.

I'm in the age group defined by the following:

  • I don't much care for TD dances.
I don't care how much Richard Sherman talks - on or off the field - as long as he backs it up.
    I love the new uniforms.
I wish the league would stop coddling QBs and WRs and let the defense have some teeth again.

I don't think 60+ was an option, John.

31.

I'm not surprised by the results of the poll. This place has always had a baby boomer and Gen X vibe to it. Most of the millennials post at Fieldgulls.

See the jersey number currently worn by Spencer Ware. Working on being in shape into my 50's, 60's and beyond. Earned a Black Belt a couple of years back after 8 years of intense training in a Self-Defense oriented (not sport) Martial Art. Tested for 11 hours that day with my oldest son. Great satisfaction, but I was more proud of him. He's an incredible fighter. That training will continue indefinitely - for both of us... and the rest of my family. Very worthwhile.

I like how the +50 are just lumped together, not the fine granularity showed for the other age groups. Now I am stuck with Pithy and Lymon ... hee hee ...

I always assumed old people lost birthdays once in awhile so they can never really give an accurate answer.

Just woke up from my nap. What were we talking about?

Exactly... being a Hawk fan from Seattle or the state of WA is easy.

Just curious of NET's demo these days...

I am a year up on you.

But, I was much younger that slow day at work, during the offseason when while trying to find any change of news on the Seahawks.com site and I ACCIDENTLY appended it with .net.

The first post I read was from Pehawk, so you can imagine how quickly I was sucked in to the many references to women's genitals. Then I saw a post by a guy named "Todd Breda" and thought "how weird, I knew the legend of a guy named Todd Breda". But that guy was a talented musician, with hair that the girls of the 80's found beautiful, with groupies and loads of other aspiring musicians that considered him to be the Rock Star of South King County.

No way THAT guy had time to be a Seahawks fan while dealing with a message board.

I do that myself. My only jersey is a Green Okung jersey. It draws serious looks around here in deep red Chief's Country. :D

Same as my Shaun Alexander jersey with all the Cowboys and suddenly a lot of Ravens and 49er fans

Recently turned 31. Started following football at the point where I could actually understand what was happening on the field; I think it was '91. I didn't really have a choice though, I was indoctrinated lol.... My mother has been a lifelong fan and used to tell me of times when the Niners didn't even have their own cheerleaders because they were so bad.

Most of my friends from school in those days became bandwagon Cowboys fans.. A lot of them still are to this day!

I can relate, not being from the west coast my first jersey I purchased years ago was a Largent from a NFL catalog (before internet) didn't even have the hawk on the arm just blue and green stripes (damn ripped me off) but I still have it.
