Keep this in mind when you guys head to the playoffs. Dont want to hear any "we lost cause of bad calls" cause you know they're coming. Kinda hard to play the game without getting a little rough. Guys that play Rugby are laughing their asses off at the NFL these days.

Did you just seriously post this on a SEAHAWKS forum?!?!?!

Every single week we are the victims of bad calls (especially defensive PIs). Hell, we would be 11-0 if it wasn't for one of the worse officiating performances when we played Indy.

So trust us...we are very aware of how bad calls can alter a game.

It was the right call because it made Brady lose. Sorry, I'm not even going to attempt to be rational about this.
Brady players for the niners??? :|

I hate sticking up for the zebras as I am usually one of he first to rip their heads from their bodies, but it real time it looked like the right call.

If that happened to Kaepernick and wasn't called, the Niners fans would be fuming.

Uhh, it did happen to Kaepernick and wasn't called, which is one of the reasons why some 9ers fans are fuming (and also unrelated to the general belief beyond folks motivated by fandom that it was a bad call).

(and because I know many folks here have an itchy trigger finger when going after me, as I said right after the game, I don't blame the loss on the bad call. It can be a bad call and still not be the sole reason or even the major reason for the 9ers losing another very close game against another quality team).

The hit on Krapperpick wasn't when he was defenseless

To your first point: Of course we're going to complain about bad calls against the Hawks in the playoffs, just like we do in the regular season. The difference between us and you is that we don't go to Whiner boards to do it. We stay here on a Seahawks board.

To your second point: Agree 100%. Rog has pussified the NFL because of lawsuits. Let me give you an example.....the Chancellor hit on Vernon Davis in the game at the CLink last year. It was a clean, hard hit yet it drew a penalty flag. Where was your outrage after that call? You Frisco fans are laughable.

This says it all. Davis head snap from a CLEAN hit. They don't get to replay it and look at it. Go sit in the front row in the end zone and watch a play in the red zone. This happens so fast it's not even funny. I played HS football, and it might as well be pewee football compared to the speed this all takes place. Humans are left to judge this stuff. I think the play was fine (Brees). It's when it happened. If it was in the 1st quarter it would have been a non issue. The niner fans make it out to have cost them the game. Same with Brady on MNF. Same with the SEA v Packers game. The team that played better in all those games, won those games. Packer fans cried that it cost them the game. No, the Hawks beat up the Packers and should have won, and did.

This. The rule in question only applies to "defenseless" players, ie passers in the pocket or receivers going up to catch the ball. Kaep (or Wilson) when determined to be a runner isn't afforded this protection. JH whined about this distinction earlier this season.
