I could easily be wrong here but I thought they were meant to be used for TNF rivalry games once per season.

I’d love to see our throwbacks this week but I’d wager we go navy again.

In the Super Bowl there is but not the conference playoffs.

And I think the league is going to allow teams to wear throwbacks more times next season
