Trey maybe the second coming of Geno Smith, he may just benefit a few years to learn and grow.
Yeah. That is looking more and more like it’s Zach Wilson who will be the next Geno for someone. One guy is on a team with a great QB coach, the other is with an organization that hasn’t coached up a QB in 20 years.

Here is Chase Daniels breakdown of Lances game

Because I actually watched it (Lance throw 5 INT's). Unlike you
I still want to hear about it. There must have been a bunch of them bounce off receivers' hands, no? Or maybe it was all the OC's fault for the play selection. Maybe all the receivers ran the wrong routes. In my 60+ years of watching football, I have honestly not seen more than two int's in one game that weren't at least partially the QB's fault let alone 5. It would be like getting struck by lightning on a clear day.

I used to hear die hard Russell Wilson jock sniffers try to justify the infamous INT thrown in SB 49: "Kearse got stuffed. Alligator arms Lockette didn't go after the ball. The safety was hidden behind the DB. Horrible play call by Bevell (the OC)" They all conveniently neglected the fact that Russell pulled the trigger and ultimately is responsible for what happens to the ball after it leaves his hand.

No the interceptions were terrible and lost the game for sure. It just was the other stuff, accuracy, completion percentage along with his atleticism was much better. It didn't suck. The interceptions sucked. I think that is something that still could improve with time, but maybe his time is running out?

Sorry, man. I don't care how good he looked in the other 80% of the plays. 5 interceptions cancels all of that out. The average number of possessions is around 10-12 per game, and you're telling me that he threw an interception in roughly half of them, yet he didn't suck? Unless you can tell me that he was somehow not responsible for the picks, he sucked.
