They were playing that on the radio last night...

Kind of sickening to watch if real. It's like a 6 year old trapped in an adult body.

Does this fall under the '1st world problems' category?

Always be wary of grown men wearing jerseys. Especially with a jean shorts combo.

Couldn't agree more.

For a further example, I can't believe that no one has posted the crying Redskin's lady who popped up online yesterday:

What a perfect representation of that entire fan base....a bunch of crying drama queens!

Noticed this kind of behavior at Woodland Park Zoo last Saturday, was really crowded.

I'd step way back (but close enough to keep an eye on my little monster) to let the kids get up to the glass or fence to look at whatever animal it was and be out of the way for the youngsters.

Then started noticing grown adults stepping in front of kids, pushing their way in, was just a lot of shaking my head moments at the rudeness and/or obliviousness of who should be the adults. :34853_doh:

So it doesn't surprise me adults were acting like this to get autographs.

Yup I've noticed this at the zoo with my kids a lot. If it gets stupid, I usually interject myself in between the adults, get my kids in there, and then squat down so folks behind me can see, but shield my kids.

It's my experience that lots of adults act like kids when it's time to meet famous people. I would've probably gotten protective and pushed a spot for my kids. Which is probably why I don't do big crowds with the family much. Kudos to the OP for having more tact than I would've.

Lol! You must've been there. I saw someone trying to get a low top red converse shoe signed.

Hey,

Hey, I resemble that comment. ;)~

On a side note - the inverse of what H4WKSF4N described can also be true - I've had situations where I've patiently waited in line to talk to a player/star/celebrity and have had kids cut me off - and their parents look at me like a freak because I wanted an opportunity to interact with that person as well - so it does work both ways. I'm not really an autograph person though - what really would annoy me is if some of those people who were cutting off kids in line were reselling their items for a profit.

yeah I was kind of bummed. We were right there when Russell was walking by but the two dudes in front of my daugher and little sister were crowding them out. They were just trying to hand footballs through and they were making sure they didn't get near him. IMO that's just the fault of rude dbags and not really the Seahawk's fault. Then they had the guts to look at the kids and say "oh well get out of your way!" when wilson was already well past.

FYI there is a special training camp area during one of the practices just kids that are members of the generation 12 kids club. I'm assuming they all probably get their own autograph opportunity.
