Really going back to 1976 to present, it is hard, we have had guys that were almost legendary like John Randall and Warren Moon here, Bill Munson, Bob Lurtsema, Mike Curtis and not to forget Rick Tuten.

Maybe some of the older fans on here can help me make sense of something. I've been a fan since the mid-90s, so my opinions on those before then are based on what I've read and heard about them. There are two players from that time that are getting absolutely no love in these things anywhere, even though from what I'm reading, they seem like slam dunks: Edwin Bailey and John Harris.

Bailey was an 11-year starter at LG, blocking in some good offenses for productive guys like Dave Krieg and Chris Warren. From what I'm reading, Bailey was universally considered a team leader as well.

Harris appears to have been an INT machine. He ranks third in team history with 41 (only six players in franchise history have more than half than number), and is just one short of Eugene Robinson for second despite playing three fewer seasons. It sounds like he could hit too, and was incredibly durable, playing (and starting) every game in seven of eight seasons. He was on the Seahawks roster for 121 games, and missed only two of them. That's a pretty ridiculous Return on Investment for our 1978 7th round pick. It seems perplexing to me to see him left off lists that have like three punters on them, but it's even weirder to see him left off for guys like Quandre Diggs, Ken Hamlin, and Jordan Babineaux. I've seen Jamal Adams a few times too, but I assume those aren't meant to be taken seriously
John Harris is essential. Edwin Bailey was a very good and consistent G, but I can see some not putting him top 50. The rest of the guys you mentioned don't belong. I didn't put any kickers or punters on my list.

I did my list, but the site never gave me a shareable version. I will say it was hard! I had to back off some guys I wanted to include.

Dude, I've been a fan since '86 so I had some of the "good years" before the dark decade hit of Ken Behring in the 1990's. But you came in during the middle of that F show and you're still around?? My man, cheers to you, that's some belief and perseverance. It never occurred to me what it must of been like as a fan if you checked in during the lowest of the low. I'd be genuinely interested to hear your perspective, or anyone else with a similar path, on what that was like.

You can only come up with two decent Centers, and an excellent T and G. That just about sums up the Seahawks. We cut some mighty fine linemen around the time of the Superbowls, cut the heart out of the team. We will never be a contender until we get 3-5 quality offensive linemen.

All these lists with Zach Miller left off
He's not listed as an option for a reason I'm not clear on. The five listed are Carlson, Dissly, Fauria, Graham, and Tice. There is number of criteria to make the list, and it states a player has to meet one of them. The first thing listed is "started at least 45 games". According to Pro Football Reference, Miller started exactly 45 games for the Seahawks.
