I understand the pain of trying to buy tickets. I live in Portland. No way in hell am I ever going to be a season ticket holder. However, once every couple of years I like to get up to a game.
For the love of football, the tickets are getting expensive. I don't think I spent more than $150 each for the NFC Championship tickets against the Panthers back in 2006. Two years ago $150 for section 330, last year $180, this year some are pushing $200. After spending the gas, the 3 hour drive up and another 3 back, concessions at the game, and memorabilia to take home, I'm looking easy at at $500 day just for myself to sit in nose bleeds. I miss going to games. But I can spend that $500 on other things and sit on my comfortable couch with the best view. LOL
Then again... If we're beating people convincingly, I'll spend that $500 for the experience of being apart of the magic.
All the Hawks need to do is show us some convincing wins and we'll see less enemy colors in the stands on game day.
