Fine , I get it.

How about making sure you sell your seats to a verified Seahawks fan? If the buyer is from Aurora Colorado, they're probably a broncos fan , maybe sell them to someone from the Pacific NW.
Can you do that? I've never sold tickets like that.

Also it's a nice time to visit Seattle and close enough for a football vacation for donk fans

I'm not sure but I would think a season ticket holder could screen who could buy their tickets.
It'd also be interesting to know what percentage of season ticket holders are essentially dedicated third-party sellers ("scalpers"). I know some vendors have employed people to buy on their behalf to work around scalping restrictions.

Not w/o risking your tickets. Essentially, you can either sell them via ticketmaster or 3rd party (multiple avenues). However, if you sell them 3rd party and the purchaser is an a-hole...you can lose your season tix. If you sell via ticketmaster, you are protected. But selling through ticketmaster, you have no way to screen the buyers. In addition, TM is designed to support those sales...it is MUCH less hassle.

I agree that most season tix holders cannot afford the price of a full season w/o selling some of them...but would prefer to sell to hawk fans. But the statement by someone saying "no one can tell me who to sell to" is correct. Being a fanatic does not overrule our free market.

Not trying to be a douche...just my $.02 on some context that might not be known.

I don't disagree with your point. I just hate seeing people sell their tickets to the enemy .

It kind of defeats the home field advantage. I'm sure the Seahawks players don't enjoy feeling like they're on the road.

I can assure you, even with the donks in attendance...the 12'th man was loud and proud.

Yes...scattered donk jersey's at the game. But still probably 100-1. We are loud and proud around the league as well and get cursed by the other crowds for it.

Life's too short to stress over the $h!t you cannot control.

This ^^

Pretty normal number of Broncos fans. But the Hawk to Donkey ratio was big.

I understand the pain of trying to buy tickets. I live in Portland. No way in hell am I ever going to be a season ticket holder. However, once every couple of years I like to get up to a game.

For the love of football, the tickets are getting expensive. I don't think I spent more than $150 each for the NFC Championship tickets against the Panthers back in 2006. Two years ago $150 for section 330, last year $180, this year some are pushing $200. After spending the gas, the 3 hour drive up and another 3 back, concessions at the game, and memorabilia to take home, I'm looking easy at at $500 day just for myself to sit in nose bleeds. I miss going to games. But I can spend that $500 on other things and sit on my comfortable couch with the best view. LOL

Then again... If we're beating people convincingly, I'll spend that $500 for the experience of being apart of the magic.

All the Hawks need to do is show us some convincing wins and we'll see less enemy colors in the stands on game day.
