That's the theory. Obviously a $20M per year player will be missed, but I really like the Rams WR group. I like the Rams WR6 more than I like Dareke Young, Cody White, or Bobo. I thought playing 13 personnel over 11 personnel in the 1st game was a tactical mistake.

And they've been getting more out of TE Coby Parkinson lately. 6 td's in the last six games. 75 yds and 2 tds against the Lions.

Hawks are gonna win this game. They have to. Hope they don't come out tight though.

I was going to post something similar but this isn't a Rams forum and I try to be respectful. Parkinson is currently flourishing because the Rams TE1 is 1 of 3 offensive starters out through injury, (RT1, TE1, and now WR2). By contrast the Seahawks are missing WR3, WR4, and TE2. The Rams are insanely stacked with offensive depth this year. I've never seen a year like it.

That said the Seahawks starters are very capable of beating any team. They just have to stay healthy, focused, and get that bit of luck that every successful team needs.

We can beat the Rams. Our defense has the ability to keep us in games.

Our offense is sputtering. Our run game has been non-existent. While a win is a win is a win, there aren’t many of us that believe we can have a similar offensive output against teams like the Rams and still win.

There’s a chance we haven’t ‘unleashed’ our full offensive capability. While I don’t think this is an extension of PC’s ‘Can you win a game in the first quarter? Can you win a game in the second quarter? Can you..,’ ol’ bullshit, we have made adjustments and have done well enough to pull out dubs.

I said a chance….it sounds unlikely to me.

If we’re clicking in all three phases and Sam doesn’t start throwing jump passes and INTs, we can pull this out.

If our offense looks like it did in the first halves of the last few games…it won’t be enough.

D lines has got to show up, period. Take away Puca and make Stafford beat us with the TEs and RBs since Adams is most likely out. Key though is DLine has to keep the pressure on, move Stafford off his spot. If Stafford has time to go through his reads, let's just say, our offense better show up.
The OLine TE blocking assignments and RBs not completely wiffing assignments needs to show up

To beat the Rams - we have to be a lot better than we have been. Not sure that is possible for us, honestly.

It will likely take at least 3 TDs. While I am confident in our defense - I still think the Rams can score at least 2 TDs against us. Maybe 3.

But I have little to no confidence that we can score 3 TDs.

And it might not be anything we can control. Go back and look at what the Lions fans are saying/sharing about the Rams' game. Multiple bad calls that kept scoring drives alive and one blatant gift of a TD. The Rams are getting some very favorable calls. Not quite the 'New Chiefs' in one-sided officiating but moving that direction.

We have to be good enough to not just beat the Rams, but beat the Rams + refs. Not sure we can score enough to do that.

A win starts with our offensive line. Allow Sam to be pressured all game, well that’s not going to work out well for the Hawks. Will Cross play? Have to have a plan for the running backs to block and chip better too.

Defense will have their hands full, but they should be fine.

To beat the Rams they need to just show up and be themselves defensively and on offense try not being too cute with pass plays over the middle. It was Sam’s worst game but honestly a couple of those picks weren’t on him. They just need to settle down and execute. As good as the Rams defense is their secondary is synonymous with burnt toast

A complete 4 quarters of football, Sam cant see ghosts, and can the running backs actually do anything out there??? The D has done their job all year and will show up again. Although I do hate Thursday games due to not enough rest from Sunday.

Sounds like Horton isn’t close to coming back; potentially not even this year if you read between the lines of what Mike just said. Really sad news as the offense is crying out for another option down the the field.
especially with Arroyo out.

No. It was all quick passes and handoffs. Nothing to be concerned about. Dude had like 120 yards passing. It was a brilliant game plan by Indy.
People forget that Indy is a good football team.
Do you, but I already know what I saw last time. The Hawks were the better team that day and gave that game away. Stafford had his worse game of the year.
Again, for the 756,223rd time, the Rams are not some unbeatable force.

Never mind. So fricken tired of talking about the almighty Rams

Go Hawks.

It just has to rain. Stafford is notoriously bad in the rain, with a record of 1-9 in rainy games.

Darnold, on the other hand, was famous for deciding to go on with his pro day even in the pouring rain, and impressed scouts and GMs with his performance in very wet conditions.

Dayum. I like that stat. And it's not like he did much last game. LOVE our chances on Thursday.

I don't give a rat's ass how we beat the Clams just as long as we beat them.

Stafford is ass in the rain agreed but our key to victory is redzone offense and execution. The defense will more than likely dominate again it’ll boil down to execution
