I passed out before the game started and then woke up and watched the last four minutes.

Watching the highlights, I can't be more impressed with Keenan Allen. Dude's for real.

Glad to see the Broncos go down AT HOME.

Wilson's MVP considerations increase with each Denver loss. Not that the loss was on Peyton. Great gameplan by the Chargers.

There were two near-ints on that last drive by Denver that I wish the Chargers would have gotten one of. A bunch of interceptions to end the season with is what will really get Wilson the MVP award.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, get this, guys:

NFL on ESPN ‏@ESPNNFL 13m
The Broncos didn't just lose a game tonight but also lost control of homefield advantage in the AFC playoffs. The Patriots now control that.

BUAHAHAHAHA. If the Patriots win out, they're the #1 seed no matter what.

The Chargers are going to be scary when they get Danario Alexander and Malcom Floyd back. Keenan's going to breakout after his breakout year.

That kind of sucks because the Pats were HANDED a game by the refs.

And that BS about the Pats being screwed by the refs is funny, since the Pats don't beat the Saints without some conveniently overlooked holds in that game "winning" drive in that game. Of course, that win helped us so it bothers me in a football karma sort of way, but I am thankful because I wouldn't want to be closer the Saints after that loss to the 49ers.

The Patriots have consistently gotten favorable officiating throughout their entire run, so the missed pass int on the Panthers (which would have been an iffy call anyway) is probably not something they have a right to complain about.

There is just something about the Patriots that makes me not respect what they have done, since they tend to have done it often with some very loose interpretations of the rules assisting them every step of the way.

Well, TwistedHusky; if it matters, the Colts have taken over that mantle in the name of Andrew Luck. The Patriots aren't the officiating glory boys anymore.

Gronk is gone. Very doubtful that will happen, but you never know with BB. Amazing what he's done with half the team injured. Definitely the #1 coach in NFL history. Just impressive.

Although, jeeeez, I'm really rooting against them in the playoffs. If NE gets to the Superbowl, it's gonna drive the price of tickets through the roof. Might not even get one.

In the preseason thread started by someone about who would win the AFC East, a bunch of people picked Miami after the original Gronk injury and Hernandez being in prison, and Welker going to Denver. I chose New England and said I believe this is the year that Brady proves he's truly one of the best ever.

Nice to see my prediction looking likely at this point of the season. :)

Miami didn't help their cause any with the whole Incognitogate thing. And aside from getting lit up by the Saints, 4 of their 6 losses have been by 4 points or less. They could easily be a 10-win team right now.

Started Keenan Allen in one FF team and Ryan Matthews in the other. Nice.

Broncos looking fallible.

Not to sound contrarian, but Brady proved he is THE best ever a while ago.

Yup. Should be interesting next year in the AFC West.

It was so funny watching noodle arm Manning with about 2 1/2 minutes left, down by two scores, throwing 3 yard passes. 20 seconds to get the play off, 3 yards gained, repeat. The wife an I were laughing so hard.

I wouldn't give Peyton Manning the MVP even if he does finish with the best statistical season ever, the guy is just insanely unclutch.
How can the leagues MOST VALUABLE PLAYER be someone who routinely chokes in big games.

This is the win/loss playoff record for several high profile QBs
Tom Brady 17-7
Ben Rapistberger 10-4
Drew Brees 5-4
Eli Manning 8-3
Joe Flacco 9-4
Aaron Rodgers 6-3

Peyton Manning 9-11

He may be the best regular season player of all time but you wouldn't want him starting for you in a championship game. I'm so glad he didn't get on the plane we sent him.

The interception at the end of the game wasn't on him last night. It was a great play by the D-line. I do agree that I'm glad we don't have him on the Seahawks, though. Wilson is the polar opposite of Peyton during big games.

Every loss in Denver is another chink in the Denver armor that reduced the "destiny" storyline. After XL* want as neutral a storyline as possible.
