Good news in that it puts the possibility of our bringing him back to an end.

Although I didn't care for his sideline behavior, I view Jamal Adams pretty much the same was as Russell or most any former Hawk. Except as it relates to our success or failure, I am neither rooting for him to succeed or to fail, but it will be interesting to see if he can regain his form. I wonder how the Titans plan to use him, as a conventional free safety or some sort of safety/lb hybrid.

I'm happy he's not coming here.. I want to avoid seeing or hearing of him
after today.
Him, Diggs both turned me off quite a bit last season and I could care less
about either's football career

Do we get any money back on the cap due to him getting an other contact? I’m guessing no but not 100%

No. That only applies when a player is cut with future guaranteed earnings and he plays somewhere else. There were no guarantees remaining with Adams. The Seahawks are cap accounting for all the money they previously paid him that hasn't been accounted for yet. Teams shouldn't get cap relief for that.

I bet that the Seahawks had an offer to him. He probably still has gas in the tank as an "in the box linebacker type". I feel "relieved" and hope that this opens up other options for our Seahawks! But, Inside Linebacker is still a concern...

He probably felt like a change was right for him after all of the bad "press" and public "sentiment" regarding both his play and his personal conduct. But, I am glad to see him "out of the picture" and feel like he deserves the criticism. I never liked the trade or his attitude.

Good luck to Jamal at the Titans, but didn't perform for Hawks for trade made with Jets
Could be a good signing along with Sneed

I had a look at the Titan forum - seems like the prevailing opinions are

"Great.......if he is not on IR after four plays"

or

"Goodbye pass Defense"
