Do we have more talent or is it that we’re overhyping the talent that we have?

I’m kind of leaning towards the later. We don’t have a terrible roster but we don’t have any real blue chip talent, save for maybe Woolen.
I see where you're getting at with a bunch of jags beneath a few above average
players.

Pete could get the most out of them, but it wasn't pretty the last couple of seasons
and it still isn't now at this point.

I think MM needs more of his players on D before it works, I think there is too much
square fits circle types - I'd love a Kyle Hamilton (dreams).

On offense, the line has been the big issue again and if we ever just get to average
"Health knocking on wood" I wonder how Grubb's offense would look then.

Is running in today's NFL harder than passing?
I never thought I'd get sick of passes ever!

Where do we go now? If we tear it all down, JS has to go for starters..
A new era from top to bottom.

Everyone who wants to fire JS needs to look around at who is available as a replacement and identify your choice. There is a ready market for JS if HE is available.
I Was gonna say he’s regarded as one of the better GM’s in football and has no control over injuries. Many teams would pounce if he was available tbh

How many people can name GM candidates to begin with? That's a tough ask.

It won't happen this season, but if we're struggling to make the playoffs next year, I guarantee Vulcan will have plenty of names to replace JS.
