This is a bit slanted because we don't ask Wilson to carry an offense like Manning, Brees, Brady or Rodgers. That's not how we play. The reason he has a lot of 20+ yard plays is because we run the ball and mostly pass off playaction which affords you opportunities downfield more than anything. He's never going to be a west coast dink and dunk slant and underneath route QB.
But in the end, QB's are judged by titles and I think Russell will get his share.
It brings me back to his "goal list" while at the combine, he had on his list "At least 4 superbowls". Gotta love the "at least" part.
