Would've been a perfect opportunity for play action after Michael ripped off two good runs. They finally had their defense back pedaling.

Yup, killed that drive. I understand the first one, as Michael was getting a breather. But then doing it again ? C'mon man.

I turned off the TV and just followed various tweets and boards. I couldn't tolerate it anymore.

That's when we needed the Pope and I'm not referring to the guy in the Vatican.

Collins will be gone in a year or two. Another piece of dung on the heap of our crappy draft choices

That just did it for me, and it isn't Collins that I fault.

Unbelievable.

agree

disagree.

It would have made no difference. The Rams were waiting for the run after CM's two straight good runs.

AC had to fight just to get back to the LOS.

For what little he played, he did well on pass protection, and he didn't fumble, so I guess that's something.

Hate to see us lose a game we should win, but I knew RW playing with a sprained ankle could be bad news, affecting 3 major areas of our offense, the passing game, the threat of the QB scrambling for yards, and the conventional run game. All 3 suffer when RW is playing on a bad wheel.

AC is worthless as a RB but he can somewhat pass block.

Not sure that justifies keeping him as a RB.

Or allowing him to see the field, ever.

disagree with both. CJ and AC are the two youngest players on the team at 22, and both have skills that will eventually produce IMO.

I agree he couldn't come in as the 4th string RB and save the day on two straight bad play calls, on a day the starting backfield was injured, doesn't mean he's "dung", c'mon.

That's typical with a defensive-minded coach. Keep the OC you are comfortable with because of familiarity. Afterall, it's all about defense anyway. Offense is just there to take care of the ball [FACE WITH TEARS OF JOY][SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH AND COLD SWEAT]

It's that sort of thing that makes me think Pete really does just view September as part of the preseason.

"Hey, let's tinker!"

Honestly, if I was Paul Allen and I saw those two runs in a row I would have got on the horn w/PC after the game and said, "we gotta talk."

Everyone thinks PC won't pull the plug no matter what but I'm not sure you are right. I have seen him can plenty of players that cost plenty of dough to do so. We shall see.
