They are playing a really bad team. I have been a 40+ year season ticket holder. It feels like the Patera years. I gave my tickets to my oldest daughter and her husband. I almost feel bad to subject then to this fiasco....LOL

Let's be fair...I don't remember Wilson playing on Special Teams, kicking field goals, or on Defense.

I feel like it’s going to spiral this season and, quite possibly, we could be in a position like Chicago next year: new GM, new head coach, new philosophy etc. maybe wishful thinking but I’m still wishing. This is ugly, preseason or not.. we just don’t appear to be responding anymore to Pete.

That's a great point! What happened to "Always Compete"? As bad as we were at times last year....if we had a good kicker, we still might've been a playoff team. The Tennessee and New Orleans games would turn into wins. We stay in the Minnesota game longer and the Rams home game might've been a win with a decent kicker.

Yep, too harsh. Tonight was abysmal, but it's just one practice game. No chance to make improvement after the last game. Playing without a whole bunch of our top shelf roster. I betcha we play some good football next time out. Against...desperate Dallas?

A healthy Wilson'd drag 'em to a Wild Card loss. While being blamed for the dumpster fire around him. Kinda like the last 5 years. It's a continuation, just without a franchise QB to mask it.

I hate that the "experts" are going to be right with their prediction of 4 or 5 wins. Geno Smith is horrible. Everybody in the world other than Pete knew we'd be a horrible offense with him at the helm. I can't believe he is our starting QB. I have no idea if Lock will be any good, but I know Geno isn't.
