That game that calms us down and helps us all see who our team really is again. What we knew was just below the surface yet was struggling to show itself in full form.

Our compass needle is pointed firmly and steadily north as we prepare to meet the Eagles in PA.
Getting what we need when we need it is so fine!!

Go Hawks! What's next!!

A win in Philly would be huge, not just for our record, but for the team's confidence, and putting the rest of the league on notice that we've recaptured what took us so far last season. While I still worry about a hot Packers team in the postseason, no other team in the league causes me significant worry right now. If we beat the Eagles soundly, that may apply to Green Bay, as well.

Go Hawks! We all we got...

I agree. We will be well rested for the Eagles game and I feel really good about it!

Should be a great game for the Hawks. The Eagles defense is very opportunistic, but is not a good defense in general. It will be by far the worst defense we've faced in the last month. Also, it seems the NFC East teams don't really prepare much for the read option, I would expect another 200 plus yard rushing performance, and to keep the Eagles offense frutstrated on the sideline.

We need to score touchdowns not field goals when we're in the red zone because all else being equal I assume Philadelphia should score 20 points but Sanchez is good for an interception or two and they prefer running on the edges which shouldn't be a big deal with Kam and Wags in top form.

I think our turning point was last week against the team leading our division and with only one loss. They drop one more, the next one is FOR THE DIVISION, BABY. Can you believe that? After going 3-3?

While this might be a generally true statement, I wouldn't count on Chip Kelly not knowing how to prepare for the read option.

The Philly coaching figured out a way to stall the Dallas OL - generally considered as the best in the league.

These guys must not be under-estimated.

Fortunately for the Seahawks, you can't stall something that is already at a standstill.

Couldn't agree more. We can and will rattle Sanchez, but we will still need to score TDs. Yes, we're rested but Philly will be more so and rested in their own environment / climate. There is no doubt they hold a huge advantage in both depts. The good news is I believe we are the more rounded team. We are also much more unconventional than teams like the Cowboys. Per usual, it will require big performances by Lynch, Wilson and our D to get this win...but what else is new?

They have scored touchdowns at a pretty decent rate recently. What we need is to not have the touchdowns the Seahawks do score called back on BS penalties.
