Is the Seahawk redzone offense really that bad? They've had several touchdowns called back on BS penalties over the past two weeks alone. I think they're doing just fine.
It's not good and with the inordinate number of TD's called back specifically from penalties it's atroious.

Agree it should have been way way worse score than it was. So it that a pathetic seahawks offense or a great Niners D. I think i give credit to a great Niners D.

yes the 49ers defense is good, top 5 atm. yes the hawks offense is average, and poorish in the redzone. im not arguing these points and thats not what im getting at when im showing u the penalty situation and saying we should have scored more points

since the 49ers were holding/chop-blocking all game and the refs werent actually calling them for it, along with the phantom calls on our defense on 3rd downs, the hawks had the ball less often, and with that, also lost valuable field position. so with that, there is atleast the potential for scoring many more than 19 points.

...in summation, yes our defense was that good, 49ers offense was that bad, and the refereeing was that 1-sided last thursday. the hawks got penalized extremely liberally and there was a constant flood of violations play after play (on offense) by the 49ers that werent enforced

Interesting perspective by Matt Barrows.

The 49ers have a huge and expensive offensive staff. Including Harbaugh and entry-level assistants, they have 12 coaches on offense, which currently ranks 23rd in the NFL in yards per game but is sure to slip in that category after this week's slate of games. By contrast they have six coaches on their No. 3-ranked defense with coordinator Vic Fangio doubling as the outside linebackers coach.

I have to say this game is in my top 3 favorite non cardinal games of all time. The reasons I ask myself? Where do I start. Sherman, eating turkey at midfield in another mans home. I mean this is the most priceless thing I've very seen and it couldn't have happened at a better venue, or against a better team. It's as if the gods wrote this. Trojan horse style. The absolute destruction of te 49ers. I mean York standing in the room while harbs have his presser. His daughters tweet. Even Yorks tweet! Kaep chocking in every way possible. How the 49ers were absolutely neutered 10 ways to thanksgiving Thursday. That it was the kill shot to the staff, and possibly the 49ers season. They shit the bed, and then got their faces rubbed in it. The next day Kaep is in USA today being blasted with Photoshop. I mean it's the most epic Aftermath and series of events after a game ever. One I cherish. And 50-60 years from now as I'm laying on my death bed. These images will still bring joy I my life, and to my grand children's life as I tell them this magnificent fairy tale that took place in front of my very eyes. I mean it would be impossible to write it any better. Divine intervention is the only explanation. The fans of a once great long time ago civilization where humbled and put in the basement of the divison. Everything taken from them. Pride. Dignity. Manhood. The future as the window came slamming shut.

I have felt for some time that Vernon Davis would be much happier ....... somewhere else.

"I try and stay out of that. Whatever is going on upstairs or in the next room, I leave it up to them," tight end Vernon Davis said. "I just stay in my corner and do what I am supposed to do and control the things I can control."

Let's let Sherman's career play out a few more years before making the comparisons.
The NFL's rules are a lot more WR-friendly now than they were in Deion's day. Google a copy of the 1994 NFL rule book and compare the pertinent stuff to the modern one...

Sherman's going to go down as the greatest ever if he maintains his current level of play, and it probably won't even be very close.

Stay classy niners. Don't remember a penalty being called on the chop block...

http://gfycat.com/DownrightParchedDrafthorse

dude, yeah, i went back and re-watched, their offensive line was holding

ALL.

GAME.

LONG.

we literally had to beat both the refs and the whiners. even with all those drive extending penalties that sherman mentioned post-game, they couldn't do more than muster 3 measly points, at home no less. lmao.

and look at this disparity:

Penalties
Seahawks: 14-105 yards
49ers: 3-20 yards

ridiculous. we should have scored 35+ on these scrubs

Your team's defense is good, not great. With Bowman and Willis, you'd be closer if not there. And though I wouldn't classify our offense (in the red zone in particular) as "pathetic" certainly the word "challenged" is apt......so far this season.
.
.
.
I'm guessing part of your using the term 'pathetic' is in response to the word 'scrubs' and that it likely got your hackles up. Understandable I suppose, but seriously man, if anyone's offense was pathetic the other night, it was Frisco's.

No i totally agree with you. That was my point i guess i failed at the correct wording.

I was attempting to say our D was on point. And while the score did not even closely resemble what it should have been i give complete credit to our D

Also my O was not pathetic it was a shit storm of a joke lol. Horrible and sickening to watch.

Beating them once, twice, three times is great, but theres something satisfying in a different way to know that they botched their new  stadium so badly. They had to be thinking about building a home field advantage like ours, and it completely blew up in their faces and makes their own fans miserable. Such an epic failure.

All this from the guy who's team lost by the exact same score the week before. I am really going to enjoy it Ringless when you fall off that high horse you've been riding. The season isn't over, if I were you I'd hold off on the s**t talking until your team has actually won a division title and made it to the playoffs.

The problem I have with this and a lot of your statements is all one has to do is change the names and the website where you post this stuff and it could easily work here or the webzone. I think you'd be saying the exact same things if the Hawks and 49ers swithched places because truth be told you are still nothing but a Cardinal fan.

Dude, you are the most butthurt Frisco fan I've ever seen here and that's saying something.
Cards fan or not, did you ever think he might feel this way because of the utter and complete lack of likability of a large portion of your precious franchise.....from York to his freakin' daughter to Baalke to Hardouche to Roman to Kraep to Davis to like 80% of the fanbase to the Denial Zone to.............?

(Willis, Gore, Borland and I'm sure others on the roster excluded)

Why does he have to wait until the Cards win another division title to be happy the Niners lost to the Hawks? One has zero to do with the other.

Rams won in SF too. Maybe Cards will make it an NFCW sweep at Levi's.

Hatred of the 49ers can foster world peace. Cards, Rams, Hawks putting silly quibbles aside and doing their part to emasculate the 49ers faithful. It's quite a sight...I'm very teary eyed.

Marvin49, can you tell me again how the ownership's a good group and the drafts since 2011 have been solid?

Santa Clara Times is reporting that the Niner's organization will have to pay royalties after a recent court ruling. The plaintiffs in this case were suing the organization on the basis of trademark infringement. Both Mr. Fukushima and Mr. Chernobyl will be receiving royalties for the continued use of the "Epic Meltdown" slogan that has become synonymous with the Santa Clara Organization, front office, players, and fans.

the niners loss to the Raiders today puts them right on track with where a lot of non niner fans thought they might be at the end of the season. Last place in the NFCW....
