We've all heard the talk about the physical gifts of the mythical Jameson Konz. I haven't really noticed his play much this preseason, though I have actually seen the "Konz" jersey on the field. As best as I can tell, Konz was playing on D, linebacker apparently. Contrast this to hearing and seeing lots of Allen Bradford, John Lotulelei, and others.

1. How much is Konz playing? Is he having an impact and it just happens that visiting the tavern's mens room every time he makes a play?
2. Is Konz actually healthy this year?
3. What does it look like the team's plans for him are? Linebacker? He'd been talked about at LB, TE, etc.
4. Does Konz make the 53-man roster?

Just curious... we poke fun at Konz for being a physical freak but he's always been injured the last couple seasons. If he's actually doing something good for the team I'd hate to miss it.

I think they use Konz as a stand in for some of they opponents they face.

If he's healthy he'll be a perfect addition to the PS. Plays multiple positions on O & D.

Wow. Matt Jones, what is he up to?

He hosts a radio show in Arkansas at 1-3 or 4. I was listening on Friday on my way home from work because he sounds like an idiot and it's always good for a few laughs. Anyways, a redneck caller was calling in about Manzel or someone because they were talking about possibly losing millions. All the caller said was, "you gave up millions for an 8-ball". It was so classic because no one could say anything back. That's what he is up to, getting clowned on by his hometown former fans oh and always talking about going golfing, Tiger Woods, and "his former football glory".

And it goes on.

Konz was added to the PS as a LEO, taking the place of OT Ryan Seymour.

Evidently Quinn likes his length and speed and is looking forward to working with him.
