From why I've heard Marlon is as good as gone. Kids flip, but to be stead fast committed and and then to stand-up the coach you committed to who flew in to see you from Hawaii because he's coaching the all-star game you were also supposed to be at is disappointing. But this is college recruiting.

Johnny Patron up to his old tricks.

Sounds like Tui's brother may be getting a job at USC. The old Michael Porter trick.

USC fans think they're going to flip DJ Johnson from Miami too. And land jay tufele.

Johnson, tufele and tuipolotu would be an absolute monster dline class.

Ha except Romar had tried to hire Porter for 3 years and the two have been best friends for decades...other than that yep just like it...

Johnson was solid to Miami
Tui was solid to UW
Tufele was a Utah lean.
Now suddenly?

USC is definitely back to their old dirty tricks.
They've been pulling offers from commits this past month to make room for this. For as much as I hate things like this, I at least have some respect for how Petersen does business

Add to that they're the favorites to land Pili. That's some serious DL recruiting right there.

Huskies about to lose their top recruit. Marlon Tuipaloto, who just got his 5th star, visiting USC this weekend after blowing off a meeting with uw's dline coach.

Whether he goes to USC or UW, the most telling fact is that he and the other top recruit want nothing to do with the ducks. I get it if it is a choice between UO and the trees with their elite education but he is choosing strictly on football.

Even one of the ducks most promising receivers for next year, Jalen Brown, has withdrawn to finish his eligibility at another program. This, after the hire of Taggart, whom ducks are touting as the next coming of Saban/Meyer with his mighty 40-45 record.

And, the players kicked of team for crimes ranging from DUI to assault.

Not to mention three players sent to the hospital, with two being serious enough to stay for an entire week and still not released.

Everything is so great in duckland that they have nothing better to do than spend an inordinate amount of time bagging on the Huskies.

UO went 4-8, and still beat your crap coach and team.

There was a recent exodus at one of the Oregon sites a couple weeks ago. The insider there has showed up on the forum I've been reading for years now and dropped this info

Reaves arrest hurt Ducks a little. More so this weekend with the visitors. Especially with a distance kid like Ellis Brooks.

Couple guys were gonna commit and held off because of Reaves news. (Gibson/Judson) Oregon could still get both pretty easily. (As of today)

Oregon is not going to take Tyler Johnson.

George Moore will visit Baylor and Utah this week. He loves Mario Cristobal, I think Oregon snags him. No done deal yet.

Greg Johnson will sign with Nebraska IMO. (As of today)

Oregon is out for Stephen Carr. He signs with USC.

Ducks will get Lenoir.

Put Habibi-Likio on Quack Watch.

Marlon Tuipulotu will not be visiting Oregon.

Joseph Lewis didn't visit Oregon this weekend. Won't be making a trip before signing day either.

Tongamoa = Quack Quack (On NSD)

Ameer Speed is one to watch. Could be a real surprise there.

Josh Falo, nothing new, he's visiting the last weekend for a reason. Still think Oregon sneaks this one out even though they don't have a TE coach now.

Jhop is THE man when it comes to Oregon football recruiting. Sucks what happened to him at 247. The exodus was because he got fired from 247. Wherever he ends up for his next gig is where most Oregon recruiting fans will be.

All in all sounds like Oregon will come out with a pretty solid class

Next year is the year to watch. Need Oregon to win like 8 games and score a lot of points to generate a lot of excitement again. Only way to get up to top 10 in recruiting again.

Also, never thought Carr would come to Oregon. RB depth right now at Oregon is ridiculous, especially with Freeman coming back.

Freeman
TBJ
Benoit
Griffin

Cj Vardell is a stud as well. He's absolutely underrated as a 3 star. He's going to be very good. Felix will also be a good running back, although he may play more in the slot.

I think we're still going to get one more running back. AJ Davis and Cordarrian Richardson are both visiting Eugene this upcoming weekend. We should get one or the other.

Huskies recently offered jaxson kirkland.
I like the kid but it seems late in the process.

Must mean they either missed on ford, or are now looking at him on defense where he says he wants to play

Or Ford to the DL...

I've been waiting for a Kirkland offer and happy it happened. Regardless of getting or not getting Ford (whom I want as well) I hope UW points a full court press on Kirkland.

Ever noticed how Oregon recruits are always "underrated."

And then, "absolutely" underrated? Owing to the fact that all of the star recruiting outlets have him at 3-star, it would seem that he is absolutely rated right where he should be.

But, if it looks like they might go to UW, 3-star recruits all of a sudden are not Pac-12 caliber?

If multiple sites list you as 3-star you are most assuredly a Pac-12 caliber player.

Ducks also offered Kirkland a few days ago. And we're all hoping he either sticks with UCLA or goes to UW. I'm not going to pretend to be a scout or anything, and even if i were i think o'linemen are the toughest to project, but all the guys i know who pay attention to high school football and know there stuff dont think Kirkland is a pac 12 caliber player. The most common thought is that he's just a big guy who leans on people. Big upper body, small lower body, and plays really stiff. So in conclusion, i too hope that you get him.

I know he's scheduled to visit Eugene on Tuesday. And then he's visiting UCLA this weekend. The Oregon mod said that he's likely to visit UW inbetween those.
