has anyone considered the possibility that Flynn has an issue with his elbow that flares up occasionally?

If that is the case, he is playing the wrong position in the wrong sport. Who wants a starting QB that has to sit out every 3 games to rest his arm?

Last year they were talking possible surgery, they decided on rest, I think he may need to have it if he expects to be a full time player. Takes a while to come back though, probably done for the season if he has it now, which may not be a bad thing considering how the Oakland line has looked, at least he will be in one piece.

If you believe that Flynn's "elbow soreness" is anything but him trying to save face (or his coaches doing it on his behalf), then I have some prime swampland in Florida to sell you.

Your WRONG. So wrong. He threw for 6 touchdowns once.

After his career's over he'll move in his aunts Idaho driveway, in his burnt orange van.

You losers wish you were Matt Flynn. He grew a playoff beard...just like BFS.

Raiders will start QB Terrelle Pryor in their preseason finale - job is his to put away.

Sorry, but the guy isn't good enough. And all the conspiracy theorists who wrote (in depth) about the reason he didn't get the job in Seattle just look like they were sold a car with no engine.

Hey, here's to Pryor. I kind of like the kid after he got suspended, for something the NFL shouldn't care about.

My team still owes Mr Pryor a beating after the 2010 Rose Bowl.

So, you'll get to see Pryor then Cam beat down, in the name of Ducks from Eugene.

I'm pretty excited to see Pryor play.

Didn't even think of that. Hopefully my boy Thurmond 3 will get a pick against each.

As far as the OP's REAL question; I'm assuming the Hawks play straight-up, man defense, and Pryor may have some nice moments. Pryor's got tremendous skills, but has never really had quality offensive coaching. If he's progressed, he can get some runs against man coverage, and some throws.

Pretty exciting as far as 4th preseason games go.

This game is going to be a massacre. I almost feel bad that Pryor will have to face off against this D.

I hope Pryor runs wild all over us.

For 2 reasons)

Raiders receive false hope.

We don't go 4-0 in the preseason.

Lesson be learned by all "bloggers" out there. Do not hitch your wagon so firmly to any one player that you're ever in the position of writing a lengthy dissertation defending yourself in which you come off looking like said player's mother. It will cause you to look ridiculously foolish and full of it.

Well it's really a general lesson for life ain't it. Getting too attached to one's conclusions is a dangerous business.

The Raiders and JS have history working together, I don't see Oakland giving up picks though, they already are decimated from not having them. But a player trade could happen, just who would we want? We may have some bad history to over come though for that to happen, after all we sent them Curry and he promptly was injured and shipped out, now Flynn has a broken wing so to speak.

I think we have already bent Oakland over pretty well. Besides the ones you listed, we now have the best o-line coach in football thanks to them being so pathetic. They probably have the Seahawks phone number blocked.
